Founded in 1977 by Renan E. Delgado, EIMC is a leading
property management company in the highly competitive Southeast US multifamily
market. Today EIMC through various subsidiaries owns and manages a total
real estate portfolio in excess of one-hundred-fifty-million dollars.
The company's focus is in acquiring multifamily properties throughout
the southeast United States that fit our investment criteria. Currently,
the company is focusing
its attention on the North and South Carolina sub markets
which will provide higher returns than the over heated South Florida
market.
The company’s expertise is in the class B and C sector of the multifamily market
as well as development of smaller multifamily projects throughout Florida
such as the Crossroads project (see inset).
